Service Grid offers multiple plans:


Monthly Subscription: Recurring charge every 30 days.

Annual Subscription: Recurring charge once per year.

One-Time Setup Fees: Certain services may require an upfront setup fee. These are non-refundable once service begins.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.


4. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or any misuse of the Services.


5. Intellectual Property

All materials, software, and content made available through Service Grid remain the intellectual property of Service Grid LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business use only.


6. Disclaimers

We provide the Services “as is” and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding their performance, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Service Grid LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Services after any updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Refund Policy

At Service Grid LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality services that help business owners succeed. Because our offerings include both recurring subscriptions and one-time setup or onboarding services, we maintain the following refund policies:


1. Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

No Refunds for Partial Use: Monthly and annual subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused days or partial periods.

Prepaid Annual Plans: If you cancel early during an annual plan, your subscription will remain active for the remainder of the year, but no partial refund will be provided unless legally required.

2. One-Time Setup Fees

Non-Refundable After Service Begins: One-time setup or onboarding fees (e.g., initial configuration, website builds, or account provisioning) are non-refundable once work has started.

If you cancel before any services have been delivered, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a 15% administrative fee. Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase to request this.

3. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were billed in error, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. We’ll review your case and resolve it promptly.


4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account. We encourage you to reach out so we can resolve any billing concerns directly.
